Ended up with a more water after mash that calculated, I think it was because the corn flakes don't absorb the same amount of water as grain. Both bags of hops I bought were a bit low on AA compared to the recipe and I used them all so I ended just a touch below my target IBU.

Gravity Estimates
Based on boiling 6.10gallonsliters at 1.038 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.00gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.044.
You wanted an OG of 1.043. It looks like it will be over.
Transferred to secondary - gravity came out at 1.012 and it tasted nice. Very little perception of hop, not sweet, bit of a lager feel - can imagine cold and carbonated it would taste much as expected. So far so good!
