Adjunct mash: 1kg rye grits in 4.0L water, rest at 124F for 20min; then 150F for 30min; Mash: 15L to 110F mashed in and ferulic rest 60m; mashes combined, no heat rise - 3L boiling plus 30min heat to 155F-160F. 3.5hr mash. all the rest went generally as per recipe. steady ferment in one hour!
