Taste alot better. Need more bottling time. not enough body. Next time be sure to mash at 152f

Notes:

Taste good, but I will eventually put some black malt or caramel/60 to get more body. I could also mash at a slightly higher temp. Can't wait to bottle and taste it in a month or so
