- Next time don't mash with the acidulated malt. Mash for 45mins without and then add for an additional 30 mins
- lime juice didn't mix too well - may bottle with bottling bucket so it mixes prior to bottling. Maybe even add lime at bottling rather than dry hop
- Lime juice 65ml in glass carbouy (1 cup for 20L). Squeezed 4 limes, zested two. brought to the boil in microwave
- next time just use lime juice (can be bought) and possible add at flame out or just before
