(Include any important notes from brew day until tasting)
New Years Eve Brew session. Cold temps outside and a cold mash tun caused me to miss my Mash Temp. Added another gallon of 165 water to get it where I wanted it. Reduced Sparge volume to 4 gallons to compensate, but missed my starting gravity by a ew points as a result. Pitched Yeast at 79 degrees, but it will continue to chill down to around 72. Will move to secondary around Jan 10th.

Based on boiling 6.50gallonsliters at 1.046 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.00gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.053.
You wanted an OG of 1.054. It looks like it will be under.
