- Used PH stabilizer for water treatment.
- Made and used Yeast starter with yeast night before
- Dry hopped after fermentation complete on 1-10-16 with 1 oz Cascade, 1 oz Amarillo, .5 oz Simcoe and no Centennial hops. Will leave for 8 days and then bottled with 3/4 cup corn sugar.
