New mash-tun worked great, still need a better sparging setup. Did a mixture of Batch and Fly sparging, but we need to slow down the fly sparging section. Also used whole cone hops but used mesh bags to limit the trub loss...this worked great, barely had anything in the strainer. Starting Gravity was 1.054 Primary Fermentation was 2 weeks Racked to Secondary 0n 11/29 - Gravity was 1.014 Dark Brown Color, chocolate taste, nice Honey nose...definitely has the smell of the Buckwheat Honey

Notes:

So first pull on the keg tonight and so far so good. Has a dark brown color, a smooth finish, clean mouthfeel and a nice head. Honey nose. Chocolate more then Coffee, and mellowed even further by the buckwheat honey flavored finish. I think it's a winner!! And it will get better with time.
