FlattBrewing

Tasted on 12/15/2013 by FlattBrewing

Notes:

mostly clear, fairly pale w/ slight hint of amber. nice head. mild yet pleasant. very clean and mild bitterness left after beer has been swallowed. balanced w/ nice carbonation. very pleased for an authentic English bitter. only change would be an extra 1/2oz of hops for a tad bit more bitterness. would like to use northdown hops rather than challenger if possible to taste the difference. happy w/ the best bitter rather than premium as I can drink a few of these and still maintain.
