Hit 160 for a bit longer than I would have liked. Otherwise, stayed right in between 150 and 158! Did hit 148/149 briefly.
Post Boil Issues:
1. Thermometer said that it was 70 but I felt the side of the pot still warm. Double checked with different thermometer and it was 100?! Already had the yeast pack open and pitched. This was a possible point for contamination.
2. Carboy had a chip in the lip that made aeration messy and a possible point for contamination.
The carboy was way over the 1 gallon mark. I fear it is too full but we will see. House started a bit hot (73.5). Going to try to keep it as close to 65 as possible.

ABV: ~7.7% 17g corn sugar
Plan on putting into cold storage 11/10 and then waiting another 2 weeks before trying one. The rest will probably sit for a while.
