Don't know what runoff volume is. Started with 4.25 gallons of Mash/Strike water. Sparged with 4.7 gallons, but it wouldn't all fit in the boil kettle. saved it to the side until 5 minutes from end of boil, then added to the boil.
Thermometer stopped working without us realizing it, so we chilled the work for extra time (probably 2 hours). We hope we didn't let anything into the wort to contaminate it.
Primary fermentation is going strong the next morning. It kept popping the lid off of the fermentation bucket. Turns out we used the wrong lid. I put the blue lid on and used a hose into another bucket (of sanitizer) instead of the airlock.
9/13 More than a week in primary. It is still bubbling, but small and minute or two between bubbles. Transfered to secondary (carboy with one piece bubbler). Bubbling well again.
Specific Gravity reads 1.010.
11/21 Finally kegged the beer. It hadn't been bubbling for a long time (months), but there was enough pressure in the carboy to keep all the water in the bubbler in the second chamber. This is about 1.5 inch of water above atmospheric (0.05 psig). Specific Gravity reads 1.007.
As it is three days to Thanksgiving, and we are having 30 people over for the event, I want it carbonated and ready to serve in three days. I am forcing it with 40 psi for 24 hours, then 20 psi for 24 hours.

Gravity Estimates
Based on boiling 6.00gallonsliters at 1.057 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.00gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.067.
You wanted an OG of 1.066. It looks like it will be over.
Initial taste of flat beer is a little of vinegar. This mellows out to a nice finish. As is, it is drinkable (I have had a couple pints) but nothing to brag about. I am hopeful that after carbonation, it will be even better.
