- home made airlock (seal didn't look too good)

* up boil volume to 6L (or maybe top up with boiling water at the end of the boil to 5.5L)
Bottling
- Was worried that extract was old but tasted good (a little darker than I expected but not as dark as it looked in the fermenter)
- no sign of a plasticy taste
- Used 65g dextrose (for 10L) in a 160ml solution (7ml for 440s & 5ml for 330s)
- 8 x 440ml (inc. 1 x plastic)
- 2 x 330ml (twist tops with teflon tape)
- 5.25ABV
