Notes:

Turned out great. First time using Gelatin for clearing a beer and it worked really well. This beer had a much cleaner refined feel than any previous beers. This turned out a bit more bitter than desired, and the hop character was not quite as pronounced as I would have liked, but overall, this is a very tasty brew.
