2/2/25 - brewed today. OG is 1.062, which is about 10 points higher than I thought it would be. Perchance the pretzels yielded some extra points? Yeast infection is Windsor.
3/2/25 - bottled today. FG is 1.011. No pretzel flavor or salt in the sample.
