Went well, hit my numbers (maybe slightly short on volume), looks a good colour. Strata smells good from the bag, very sticky yellow pellets.

Based on boiling 16.20 gallonsliters at 1.059 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.00 gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.063.

You were planning on an OG of 1.063 so you are right on track. Nice job!

Notes:

Another success in the IPA department. Well balanced between the malt and the hops. RedX malt works to keep this drinkable. Lighter and drier than my previous efforts and this helps the hops come though. Strata is fruity and slightly dank, good level of intensity.
