Based on boiling {{CalculateBoilVolumeDisplay}} gallonsliters at {{CalculatePreBoilGravityDisplay}} for {{CalculateBoilTimeDisplay}} minutes, this will decrease your wort by {{CalculateBoilLoss}} gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to {{CalculateFinalGravityFromPreBoilGravity}}.
You were planning on an OG of {{RecipeSummary.Og}} so you are right on track. Nice job!

Well, another venture in brewing!! All went well until time to cool the wort. I thought I would try a reverse method by running hot wort through the coil while it was sitting in cold water. In concept, it works except when the hoses blow off and work their way out of the boiler!! burnt hand and loss of wort happened... Did not have clamps on one hose. After cooling I transferred to stainless steel pot for settling. had a great hot break. The wort was nearly crystal clear!! tasted sweet with a hop finish.
