Wet Blonde Cascading Rye Brew Session

Brew Session Info

(Include any important notes from brew day until tasting)

hadn't brewed for a while, so i was low on efficiency and started at a lower than anticipated OG. I let it ferment all the way down to nearly 1.000, so it ended around 4.5 ABV with a very dry, crisp finish.

Based on boiling 8.20 gallonsliters at 1.035 for 90 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.50 gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.041.

You wanted an OG of 1.050. It looks like it will be under.
