Happy 2023! 56F outside! Bazooka clogged during the boil and had to be removed. The temperature fluctuated between 62F and 66F during the first 10 days of fermentation. Citra dry hops were added after 10 days of fermentation instead of 14 days. Amarillo dry hops were added after 13 days of fermentation instead of 17 days.
