acabei jogando os 200g de Malte Crystal extra dark (Crystal 400) e com isso o mosto ficou mais escuro. saco de voal horrivel e duro, o sparge foi comprometido e por isso a OG ficou apenas 1075. houve transbordo do mosto no momento de adicao do lupulo, com isso fiz 2 adicoes de 5g do lupulo, uma a 60 min e outra a aprox 25 min para compensar a perda durante o boil-off. dia 11-set sem sinal de fermentacao dia 12-set sem sinal de fermentacao (ficando preocupado...) sem final de fermentacao ate dia 13 dia 14-set pela manha, add mais 1 pacote de M44 dia 15-set ja formou krausen dia 16-set com krausen gravidade de 1.030 (5.9 ABV) dias 17 e 18-set krausen diminuiu bastante e gravidade de 1.028 (6.2 ABV) dia 19-set - noite cold crash dia 20-set - de manha add gelatina dia 21-set - envasado, mesma FG 1.028 (6.2 ABV)
