os lupulos de hopstand foram colocados dentro de um hopbag, e o mesmo foi para dentro do fermentador por 24h, depois retirado, espremido e o suco retornou ao fermentador.
dia 11-set - pouco sinal de fermentacao
dia 12-set - krausen marcado na lateral do fermentador.
dia 16-set - ainda com krausen, porem ja chegou na fg de 1.011
dia 17-set - add dry hopping com leve mistura com o mosto usando uma colher
dia 19-set - noite cold crash
dia 20-set - de manha add gelatina
dia 21-set - envasado, mesma FG 1.011 (aprox 5.8 ABV)
