4/6 4.80 pH 132F 149F 5.36/1.066 first 5.43 second 5.65 /1.020 final 5.42/1.048 pre*5mL H3PO4 5mL H3PO4@EOB 60-62F KO 5.25 post 1.054 O.G. Pitched gen2 WY2565 Straight forward brew. Ran out of propane, had to boil the last 15' on my stove top. Certainly not as vigorous. That's a factor in the low OG. Actively fermenting 18 hours later. 4/12@1.026@61F. Put carboy wrap on it, and set heater to 64F.
