20-mar - brassagem 21-mar - ja havia um tanto de espuma na parte superior do mosto e tbm ja um aroma frutado agradavel. add 500ml de agua fervida para diluir um pouco a OG. 22-mar - bastante sinal de krausen, aroma frutado de media intensidade 24-mar - gravidade 1.010 e qse nenhum krausen, ou seja, praticamente ja terminou a fermentacao, add dry hopping 25-mar - aroma bom, sinais de hop creep 27-mar - cold crash a tarde e gelatina a noite 28-mar - envase. FG 1.029 ou seja 1.009. ABV ficou em 6.9
