Straight forward brew. Didn't have much wind to contend with during the boil, so I ended up boiling a bit too hard. OG would've likely been on point. Fresh Idaho 7 smelled excellent.

2/12--Gold tone, white sticky foam. Sweet tropical fruit with light tangerine zest tucked in, hidden orange creamsicle. Medium-light bodied, zesty fresh peeled orange segments. Moderate bitterness buffeted by herbaceous lime notes. Lingering citrus pith finish.
