OG um pouco abaixo do esperado (1.051 era pra ser 1.054). Janeiro dia 22 - Inicio da Fermentacao a 18.5-20C dia 23 - pouca ou nenhuma espuma, mas aroma maravilhoso de bubble gum, frutas vermelhas dia 24 - espuma branca por cima, verificada saida de CO2 (aroma diminuiu...) - temp up para 19.5-21C (a noite) dia 25 - MTO sinal de krausen, bastante alto no fermentador, literalmente ate a boca. Voltou aroma frutado demorou MTO para baixar o krausen... dia 2/fev - adicionado o dry hopping, pois finalmente o krausen baixou... acho que demorou tanto p fermentar q boa parte do aroma frutado ja foi embora.... dia 5/fev - cold crash de manha e add gelatina a noite dia 6/fev - bottling day - FG 1.025 ou 1.010 corrigido, ou seja, ABV = 5.5
