wasn't paying attention on this brew. ended with low efficiency, higher volume. about 4.1 ABV. I'll call this my House Ale Light version. Ended the brew a few minutes early by accident and started chilling at about 55 minutes. The final product was cloudy after fermentation. Tastes and smells good. on the low side of ABV. don't think i could replicate this again if i tried!
