Comecei o mash in faltando 10 min para terminar a fervura da Classic IPA e os tempos deram certinhos!!!!
OG bem abaixo do esperado, apenas 1.055 (Esperado 1.068).
Fermentacao 17-18.5C
dia 07/11 - sem krausen, porem acredito que esteja fermentando (irei verificar mais tarde).
dia 08/11 - sem krausen, porem esta fermentando!
dia 09/11 - temp up para 19-20,5C (ainda sem krausen...)
dia 12/11 - sem krausen....
dia 16/11 - temp down para 10C (logo pela manha)
dia 16/11 - dry hopping (bem a noite)
dia 18/11 - cold crash aprox 2,5C
dia 21/11 - envase, FG 1.031 (ou seja 1.017 corrigido) e 5.1 ABV
