10/23--Sweet grainy aromas with a touch of sulfur. Sweet pils and subtle corn on the palate. Bitterness brings balance. Hop character was the right balance of interesting and passive. Never called too much attention to itself. This beer was incredibly drinkable, and delivered on the promise of "high life--but with balanced IBU's." Another one gone too soon.

Based on boiling 7.20gallonsliters at 1.036 for 90 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.50gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.044.
You wanted an OG of 1.045. It looks like it will be under.
