Easy brew day, after almost 2 months of not brewing. Efficiency was 73%, I'm guessing in part due to the GNO, which I ran through the mill twice. I doubt all the grain was crushed. Anyhow. Set temp controller to 70F.
10/14--Burnt golden orange color. Aromas of orange honey glaze, with a raw hop note. Chewy mandelbrot and granola on the palate, the watered down last sip of an old-fashioned. Not short on complexity, but incredibly drinkable.
