Pitched 1L WY1318 slurry from summer ale.
Bumped up to 70F after it hit 68F. Reduced set temp to 68F 24hours later, with a solid krausen.
Life got in the way of this beer a bit.
10/1@1.008.
Pours pale gold, 3 SRM. Sweet citrus aromas, with light flowery notes. Light bready malt beneath the lemon, bitter orange, and mineral hop notes. Fairly dry, with a prominent bitterness.
It would have been better had I kegged it when its final gravity was a touch higher. It's a bit out of balance as it stands.
