55% d'efficacité, d'où 1.044 plutôt que 1.064. 20 avril, j'ai racké la bière en secondaire, avec 500ml d'eau et 200g dextrose écorces de 3 kumquats. ça fait remonter la gravité de 1.015 à 1.025, je n'ai pas transféré le trub, l'activité reprend peu après.
