(Include any important notes from brew day until tasting)
hazy, lemony, light.
I had to bottle the 6 gallon amount separately from the 2.5 gallon amount.
6 gallons had 4.75 oz. of honey, the 2.5 gallon batch had 1.9 oz.
Also I added 4 bags of Bengal spice tea 4 ground cardamon pods to the 2.5 gallon batch, so it has some lively spice notes like a Belgian ale.

Based on boiling 9.25gallonsliters at NaN for 90 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 0.00gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to NaN.
You wanted an OG of 1.048. It looks like it will be over.
The beer is very balanced. The spicy version is also balanced, just has a bit of excitement to it! One of my best, no nonsense efforts, and it is NOT over hopped this time!
