5/28 4.77 HLT 150F@9:45*Added .25gal 212F H2O@9:55, to hit 152F*5mL H3PO4 5.27/1.074 first 5.88 second *25-30mL H3PO4 to MT 6.07/1.007 final 5.48/1.038 pre *13mL H3PO4 *5mL H3PO4@EOB KO'd@69F 1.046 O.G., 5.17 post Easy brew, but a little out of practice. WP maybe 25' due to naptime. Set temp controller to 69F. ???@1.010--kegged with dh 7/4/21 Golden color, white foam, moderate clarity. Citrus melange, peach gummy candies, sugary creme wafer aromas. Soft, subtle biscotti layered with dried stollen citrus chunks. Medium-light bodied, punchy bitterness, with a minerally, dry finish.
