Straight forward brew. Boiled over a bit, and lost a bit of my FWH. Hopefully didn't lost much bittering potential. Combined with the volume loss, I boiled a bit too hard for the first 30'. Efficiency was probably pretty close to 74-75%
Didn't take any notes! Just as good as any other time I've brewed this beer. The kind that keeps you coming back thirsty. I wish I could brew and ferment 30 gallons of this at a time.
