Pitched gen3 Bayern, set temp controller to 52F.
Super easy brew. O.G. was a point high, but I think it was just a little too much boil-off. Efficiency was probably on point at 72%.
2/22@1.011@59F, corrected to 1.010. Tasting good. Will recheck in a few days.

3/7 Straw gold with a touch of haze. White foam. A pleasant, light corn and malt sweetness in the nose, with softly spicy hop notes. Medium-light in body, with a nice corn presence. Hops play a nice counterpoint to the sweetness, without becoming too bitter, or dominant. The beer is a fairly crisp, but with a slight corn sweetness in the finish.
An approachable beer, that has more hop character than domestic lager, but isn't quite as quite as distinct as a CAP might be. This is a beer I would be happy to find on tap any time. Drinkable, balanced, flavorful.
