1/16 4.78 HLT pH 151-152F mash temp 5.31/1.080 first 5.58 second 5mL phos to MT near end of lauter 5.97/1.010 final 5.57/1.045 pre-boil 15mL phos 5mL phos@EOB 1.053 O.G., 5.10 post-boil KO'd at 68F. Set temp controller to 69F Easy brew day. Not terribly surprised, but wort was pretty murky without the hop strainer. 1/17--blowing off 24 hours later. 1/21@1.018-1019@73F. Kicked it up to 74F, swirled it aboot. Tasting good. Will recheck 1/24. 1/26@1.008@74F--corrected to 1.009. Set to 68F. Will confirm stable gravity, then keg with dry hops.
