Easy brew day. Not terribly surprised, but wort was pretty murky without the hop strainer.
1/17--blowing off 24 hours later.
1/21@1.018-1019@73F. Kicked it up to 74F, swirled it aboot. Tasting good. Will recheck 1/24.
1/26@1.008@74F--corrected to 1.009. Set to 68F. Will confirm stable gravity, then keg with dry hops.
