ERRO! Coloquei 100g de malte ambar na brassagem e deveria ser apenas 30g!!!! strike water 8L sparge water 6,5L dia seguinte 11/set, menos de 24h depois da inoculacao da levedura, ja apresentava CO2 saindo dia 13/set (3o dia) aumentada a temp para 18-19.5C dia 14/set (4o dia) ainda apresentava saida de CO2 (ainda que bem pouco), mesmo assim adicionados lupulos de dry hopping dia 16/set (6o dia) a noite (22h) colocado em cold crash (2C) dia 17/set (7o dia) as 16h add gelatina (temperatura estava por volta de 8C) Dia 19/set envasado cor bonita e avermelhada. Aroma nao apareceu muito no envase... Fg 1.010 e 4.9 abv

Notes:

Boa coloracao dourada profunda para ambar. Boa formacao e retencao de espuma. Aromas de malte, lupulo discreto, leve frutado e tbm aquele aroma enjoativo (DMS?), o mesmo aroma ruim que peguei da Sierra Nevada Clone, soh que menor intensidade (metade). Sabor maltado com amargor presente porem equilibrado, corpo medio-baixo e final seco. Boa drinkability!
