Brewed 8/5 5.01 sparge pH 149-150 mash temp (30') 1.082/5.45 first runnings 1.014/6.10 final runnings 1.044/5.66 pre-boil*added 20mL phos (10%) *Added 10mL phos at EOB 1.053 O.G. 5.12 post-boil Fast/easy brew. pH stuff is really making me scratch my head lately. Calculated mash pH was pretty damn close though. Was able to KO pretty quick with the pre-chilled water on the HX, hit 66F. Beer was rolling next afternoon.
