Cold crash sexta de noite (2C) Dia seguinte, sabado, as 13h, add gelatina (temp estava aprox 6,5C) Envasado no domingo Aroma bem pouco, talvez tenha q add dry hopping nesta receita, ou mover parte do lupulo de flame out para dry hop Atenou qse perfeito FG 1.009 ABV 5.54

cerveja horrivel, nao clarificou tanto, o aroma esta uma especie de baunilha e caramelo, o sabor tambem. mto ruim, acredito que possa ser do malte Weyerman Caramunich III.
