Double brew day with a table saison from the second runnings. Wort tasted fantastic! Gravity was close but not great efficiency as usual, slightly under volume. At least I'm consistent...

Based on boiling 14.00 gallonsliters at 1.100 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 0.00 gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.100.

You wanted an OG of 1.111. It looks like it will be under.

Notes:

Now this has aged plenty it's really really good. Boozy strong, dark fruit and malt flavours, quite thick in the mouth but I like it that way. A little on the sweet side but the carbonation helps keep it from being sickly. The yeast comes through enough for me to know it's a belgian style beer. A sipper. So complex! Up there in my top 5 I've brewed, maybe even top 3. Maybe even number 1... but I loved the imperial stout too...
