mash might have gotten a bit too hot for last 10 minutes. 1.048 in fermenter but didn't measure until after I'd added yeast using harvested Wyeast 1318 - which might have gotten too warm on a hot Saturday while feeding. 5.25 gals to fermenter. Using all leaf hops from our backyard 24may to secondary, 1014 gravity, hazy, fruity bt I detected a hint of cider - not in flavor thogh 28may 1 oz of ?Columbus cone / my hops 31ay dry hops 1oz each of mosaic, Citra, Simcoe 6jun 28 bottles (22 oz) - nice fruty aroma and grass bitter flavor (pls another hazy 16 oz into growler)
