Kegged and dry hopped (2nd charge) with 1oz columbus and 1 oz simcoe. Added star san to keg. Hit with CO2 and tapped the star san out. Depressurized and racked beer into keg. Minimal exposure to oxygen. Dry hopped in keg.
Tasted gravity sample. Has a dank after-bite. looking forward to a taste after the dry hop.
