Heated strike water to 158. Mash temp at 146; added hot water to bring to 148. Sacchrification rest for 1 hr. First runnings 2 gal. Heated sparge water of 3.5 gallons. Then heated and added another gallon which ended up being way too much. Ended up with a least a gallon over in the fermenter. OG 1.032 FG 1.002 after 2 weeks. Bottled with 3/4 cup corn sugar in 2 cups of water. Made 2 cases 5 beers.
