Notes:

Experimentado dia 4/4 (2 semanas apos envase): aroma bastante frutado, com maracuja e frutas tropicais (mamao, melao, pera e banana). Experimentado dia 12/4 (3 semanas apos o envase): estranhamente o maracuja diminuiu muito e apareceu um retro-gosto de levedura. Talvez seja por que foi um outro barrilete (de 5 litros) ou porque faltou tempo descançando após a fermentação. Experimentado no dia 13 e não me pareceu mais ter o retrogosto de levedura (???) A Clarificacao com gelatina foi muito bem, ficou muito melhor que utilizando a base de silica!
