4 gotas fermcap s 8 litros sparge ate 36litros pre boil 30 litros final Og 1.076 Add mais 100g de dme? Aerado o mosto por aprox 2 minutos (sem usar filtro de ar) Inoculada a levedura com mosto a 21C (levedura rehidratada por uns 5 a 10 min a 25C) Prevejo aprox 27 litros uteis para envase, se priming de 5,5g/litros entao total de acucar de aprox 150g Algumas confusoes no envase, considerando 27 litros e 5,5g/litros de priming daria 450ml agua, com o priming depois de ferver por 5 minutos deu aprox 500ml... mas no balde so; cabem 20 litros, portanto com regra de 3 ficaria ~370ml para 20 litros e ~130ml pra 7 litros. Mas qdo coloquei no balde os 370ml, deu somente uns 18 litros, logo ao inves de 5.5g/l subiu para uns 6g/litro. Por outro lado, os 7 litros ficaram na verdade 11, assim daria ~4g/l, mas eu add aprox 1 col sopa de acucar direto no mosto fermentado, subindo para aprox 6g/l tambem. FG corrected 1.026 ficou altissimo, era p ser na casa de 1.019, diminuir a temp de mash para 67C!!!! Talvez tbm por conta de mtos maltes com algo grau de dextrinas! ABV final 6.6 0,5 do priming ~7.1%
