Easy brew. Could've used a little more acid malt, and .25-.5 gal sparge water. Thought my numbers targeted .5gal per # of grist, but they were a hair shy of that. Totally drained the hlt for the sparge. KO'd at 54F. Pitched about 1600mL of a starter slurry fed with Euchre wort.
12/18@1.022. Unrestricted. Tasting promising. Will likely rack into a keg in a couple days and faux-spund it.
12/22@1.013-1.014--kegged.
