1st runnings: 1.083
SG was 1.010 at 6.5 gallons and had to stop there. Next time I'll have to start with a little thinner mash to hit 7 gallons preboil
Used a "1" setting on the mill, will need to go to 1.5 because OG was too high
When it came time to add my fuggles that I thought I had in the fridge, there was none. I had some left over cascade and amarillo so I made that work and kept the IBU's where they needed to be.
Went back and put a half gallon of boiling water into the wort to bring my volume up to where I wanted it. Ended up with FG where I wanted it this way. only ended up with about 4.75 gallons into the fermenter so I may have to ramp up to a 7.5 preboil volume to get my finish where I want.

Gravity Estimates
Based on boiling 6.50gallonsliters at 1.068 for 90 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.50gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.084.
You wanted an OG of 1.055. It looks like it will be over.
