151-152 mash temp. 5.20 sparge lqr pH. 5.28/1.083 first runnings. 5.54/1.024 2nd runnings (3.5gal). 5.58/1.024 final runnings. 5.43/1.035 pre-boil. 1.047 O.G., 5.18 post-boil.
All in all smooth brew day. Made Invert#2 the day before. Added just before EOB. The rest of the numbers checked out, so I'm wondering if the ppg is incorrect/inconsistent for darker shades of invert.—EDIT adjusted invert ppl, should be correct as 36ppg.
18 hours later, in the ferm chamber, parked at 68F, starting to build a krausen. Will let it ferment out, and hopefully rack to a cask this weekend.
