Gebrouwen in 10 gallon Igloo koeler en 35 liter brouwpan, 1cm hoogte = 1000mL.
Heet water uit kraan gebruikt (~50C).
Maisch-in was 68 graden, na 60min nog steeds 67C.
SG (dompelaar) na koken: 1.057, na gisten: 1.0xx. Geen erlenmeyer experiment gestart i.v.m. weinig wort.
Ingekookt: x,xx/hr. Gisting in kelderkast bij relatief stabiele temperatuur van 24*C. Hoofdgisting binnen x dagen voltooid, indicatie: geen activiteit waterslot. Na 4 weken gemeten wat eind SG was: 1.004.
