Preheated mash tun prior to mashing with 1 gallon of boiling water for 30 minutes. Batched Sparge water in 185 and final mash out 158. 7.75 gallons out of mash to start boil. Corn sugar added at 0 minutes. With last hop addition at 0 minutes allowed to steep for 40 minutes before starting wort chiller.
