Heet water uit kraan gebruikt (~50°C). Maisch-in was 65 graden, na 30min nog steeds 64°C. Kokend water erbij voor maisch-uit gaf 77°C. SG (dompelaar) na maischen: 1.051, na koken: 1.067, na gisten: 1.004, precies zoals verwacht op basis van erlenmeyer experiment hieronder beschreven en tevens correct opgeschaald SG (refractometer) na maischen: 1.051. Ingekookt: 3.3L/hr. Gisting in kelderkast bij relatief stabiele oplopende temperatuur van 23-27°C. Hoofdgisting binnen 3 dagen voltooid, indicatie: geen activiteit waterslot. Na 2 weken gemeten wat eind SG was: 1.004. Deel (175mL) in erlenmeyer op magneetroerder mee laten gisten vanaf begin, na vijf dagen was SG 1.004. 82 Flesjes x 0.3L = 24.6L. 2,3 Volumes CO2 met 150g kristal(bottel)suiker bereikt.
