Gebrouwen op Roger Hogers' installatie, pan met gasbrander. Vanaf kraantemperatuur opgewarmd op gasbrander en stappen aangehouden volgens schema. SG (dompelaar) na maischen: 1.046, na koken: 1.054, na gisten: 1.008. Ingekookt: 2.5L/60min=42mL/min, 2.5L/hr. Gisting op koele zolder bij Roger. Hoofdgisting na vier dagen voltooid, indicatie: geen activiteit waterslot.
